We have also honed our skills in splitting vacant parcels of land aware of the many obstacles involved including local jurisdiction, easements, set backs, density, deed restrictions, CC&Rs, roadway maintenance agreements, shared well agreements, etc.
There's nothing worse than purchasing a piece of land to find the local jurisdiction will not issue a building permit.
